Measuring Your Sink to Find the Matching Grid

The Placement of the Grid

Our sink protector has a height of 1", which means it sits approximately 1" above the sink bottom. Therefore, it's crucial to measure the dimensions of your sink bottom at this 1" height.

Sink Bottom Length Carefully measure the length from left to right at the 1" plane above the sink bottom. Ensure that the length of the grid you choose is about 1/2" less than your measurement to avoid the grid edge touching your sink.

Sink Bottom Width Carefully measure the width from top to bottom at the 1" plane above the sink bottom. Ensure that the width of the grid you choose is about 1/2" less than your measurement to avoid the grid edge touching your sink.

Drain Location and Corner Radius Kitchen sinks generally have three types of drain locations: centered, rear, and side (or side corner). Ensure that the grid you choose has the same drain location as your sink. Additionally, kitchen sinks have varying corner radii, so make sure the grid you select matches the corner radius of your sink.
